The location couldn't be better, right on Little Collins Street and walking distance to all CBD and surrounding attractions as well as less than 1min walk to trains and trams and a taxi rank in front of the building. There are supermarkets within walking distance and 7/11s nearby so you can enjoy the full kitchen. Also, the best of Melbourne's CBD dining is walking or tram distance. If you have a car, parking is available across the road.

This building was completed in early 2014 and is in immaculate condition. The apartment features wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning city views with even native New Yorker guests saying the views are incredible. The State Parliament of Victoria, St Patricks Cathedral, the Melbourne Club, the Royal Exhibition Centre, The Windsor Hotel and other landmarks are all visible.

Sonia's apartment was very clean and it is exactly what was pictured! Four of us stayed for a great eleven days and the apartment kept us comfortable with the heated air conditioner. The bed was of hotel standard and bed linens were clean! The location of the apartment is perfectly within the CBD, near to the free trams and the train station (Parliament Station). You can literally walk to many tourist attractions from the apartment! Sonia also provided us with complimentary red and white wines, sparkling water, juices and biscuits. Basic cooking items such as olive oil were also made available. As we stayed for more than a week, Sonia did send her helper to do a light service cleaning for the house. Bed linens were not changed though, but not a major issue since we did not dirtied them. Sonia did leave a spare set of clean linens in the house though. Bathroom toiletries were provided but quantity was insufficient to last for a week, so I would advise bringing your own too. Water heater was unfortunately inconsistent. The hot water was intermittently off and we had to jump out of the water when it turns icy cold. Despite facing the minor issues, I will still highly recommend Sonia's apartment! It is absolutely great for both short and long stay. Thank you, Sonia!

Thank you for your feedback Joey. We are sorry to hear that you encountered some problems. Had you communicate any of these concerns while staying with us we would have addressed it immediately. As you will be aware from previous feedback guests have not encountered the problems you seem to have had. I must also point out we are not a hotel and therefore late evening and very early morning we may not be able to answer text messages due to sleeping. To answer some of your concerns. 1. toiletries are provided as starter items only. Guests staying for longer than a week usually bring their own or purchase. 2. As discussed our cleaner came to service to apartment on Wednesday afternoon at 1pm (midway through your stay). She was turned away because you were sleeping. Unfortunately, again we are not a hotel and therefore we do not have cleaners on call. We did however arrange for her to come the next day after rearranging her schedule to do a light service. As to the hot water. There has never been a problem. We have referred your comment to the building manager as the hot water is centrally heated. Thank you for your feedback and I hope you had a safe journey home.

Place was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Location above Sheraton hotel makes it easier for tour pick ups as most tour buses does not pick up passengers from air bnb locations.

Apartment is located in the residential section above the Sheraton hotel. It is modern and everything is of high quality. It is very clean, and very well appointed, with quality linen and toiletries. Kitchen is very well equipped, and the host has supplied a nice assortment of start up supplies, including milk, juice, cheese and crackers, wine, chocolate, bananas and apples, very appreciated. Check in and check out we're easy and efficient. Location is excellent, within the free tram zone of the CBD, but on a quiet street. The coffee shop in the lobby of the hotel is the best. Melbourne is a lovely city and people are very friendly.

This is my third time staying at one of Sonia's properties and it didn't disappoint. Consistently clean and well-stocked with supplies in the bathroom and kitchen that show extra thoughtfulness went into preparing the apartment. The bed was comfortable, which is always important. I'd stay here again if it was available on my next trip to Melbourne.

Once again, my family and I loved our stay in this apartment. This was our second time and it fulfilled all our needs. Great location, great secure modern apartment with all your needs on the footstep of the CBD with many eateries, bars, cafes and close to the shopping precincts. The host was very helpful and attentive with any questions or needs. Would recommend this to anyone looking at stays in Melbourne CBD.
