I loved staying at Elsie's place, which is located in a really calm neighbourhood, close to public transport and just 15 minutes away by bike from the city center. The room is really comfortable, with a large bed, small table, tv and coffee machine. The shower is also great. In the morning Elsie serves you with a breakfast with warm bread that help you start your day with the right foot. Elsie is a great host, always giving tips and making sure you have a great stay. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend her place.

Elsie is a most welcoming host as are her two lovely dogs. Her house is extremelly clean and well cared for with everything you could possibly need for your stay. She gave us a nice breakfast each morning and was very knowledgeable about the area and places to visit. It is about a 5 km walk to the centre which we did everyday but buses and trams run on a regular basis if you prefer to ride.

Elsie's home is definitely like a hotel, which is so clean and tidy that we surely had a wonderful stay! More than that, Elsie gave us a lot of advises about raising kids and also shared us with cultural differences between western and taiwanese culture, we really appreciate it! We will definitely stay at Elsie's next time when we visit Amsterdam again : )

I had a wonderful time here! The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the room is spacious. Elsie is a very friendly and accommodating host. She really helped make the trip feel safe and comfortable. She always had good advice on places to visit and helped familiarize us with the public transit system (which itself is excellent and very convenient). Breakfasts were a continental style with warm bread, cheeses, meats and yogurts, it was delicious. Elsie has 2 Maltese dogs, which are delightfully cute and playful. Although if you are not keen on dogs, Elsie does her best effort to keep them seperate from you. Our stay was fantastic, and I would not hesitate to book with Elsie again. 5/5 stars!
