The place was exactly as described. We arrived late in the evening and as it was raining, Laura's parents met us at the station and dropped us off at the house. They also dropped us back to the train station as it was raining again. This was very helpful. The house has a well equipped kitchen. It has many old style utensils too. For those who plan to cook may need to aware. A fireplace that can be lit made our evenings very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay at Tirano. It is a small town. It has a Basilica that houses one of the largest organs in Europe. Travelling from Tirano to St Moritz was easy and pleasant.
