I'm the Resident Host for this simple old cottage home moved over here from Nantucket years ago now used as a traditional b/b it has some antiques early / attic has a cozy warm feeling about it near lewis bay nantucket sound
Walking less then 10 minutes from two local beaches..
Cottage is best suited for one or two adults ..
Two bedroom each with one antique full bed .

The space
The space posted on Airbnb is the entire first floor flat private guest suite and you are the only one who has access to it during your stay here.. ..
Its rather a compact suite however well laid out its ideal for two people .
Great location many beaches shops to explore and resturants
The unit its fully furnished with two bedrooms with one bedroom rather small however each room has one full bed in it with enough closet space and bureau ...bath and shower off hallway near bedrooms..
Suite has private back and front door entrances.

We have an outside shower stall with hot /cold is available during the summer season..
We are not a vacation condo motel for some a better fit i just wanted to be clear on that since we are more of a traditional bed/breakfast style cottage..
I'm a Resident / Host manager owner i live in a unit on second floor for this traditional bed/ breakfast.

I have been doing this for over 6 years hosting with Airbnb community exclusively here near Lewis bay in west yarmouth ma.
We have AC's for each of the bedrooms and ceiling fans in living room to keep it cool if needed and since we live near the bay it has a natural cooling effect coming off the water to cool it naturally ....
A simple dining area setup inside the kitchen dinning area also outside using the private garden deck area with a table and chairs for dinning ..
We provide essentials for basic simple cooking projects. Use of gas stove / oven and microwave for food heating and prep..
Please note no heavy cooking is recommended inside the kitchen area such as deep frying grilling we suggest for you to please use the outside gas grill off back deck for this type of cooking instead ...

The neighborhood is in a quiet safe area near Lewis bay an old established neighborhood off the beaten path more like a little village from the past as some foreign guest described staying here a few years ago it's an easy walk to all activities church library restaurants beaches museums and even a local pirate museum on route 28 next to captain's parkers restaurant
And of course an easy drive to get to the ferries for Nantucket and M/V most popular for a day outing on the island and most other cape cod activities since we are located in the middle of the cape..
With high gas prices it makes sense to be in the middle of the cape to plan your cape cod stay ..
We have just wonderful sunsets here to enjoy on the bay when you're here just pack you picnic basket favorite beverage and stroll up to the bay to enjoy these wonderful sunsets memories and just a 10 minute walk .thanks

I have lived all over new England in different resorts areas mostly in the ski industry area I find now living here near Lewis bay in West Yarmouth ma. my home an ideal place to live and to enjoy the outside activities that the area has to offer I feel you too will find a special connection here to the water around us a true nautical feel with fog horns in the distant along with all the beaches nearby for you to relax and enjoy ..and I quote from a recent guest staying here at the b/b from London England a little piece of paradise to enjoy.
