You basically get the run of the first floor of this property which makes it feel like an apartment (non self contained) The space is ideal for a digital nomads, contract workers, people in between moving house or couples visiting Brighton. Perfect location a short walking distance to the train station, sea front and central Brighton and Hove..

This listing represents good value because you get the facilities of a one bedroom flat (non self contained) for the price of a room in a shared house! The room listed, is on the first floor at the front of the house. Also on the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen/diner for your exclusive use.
Guests also have exclusive use of their own bathroom with Mira Azora electric shower over bath, toilet and basin etc

Other things to note
Parking is available on the far side of the road (East Side) opposite the House. Its pay and display from 9am until 8pm . You can use the machines in the road to buy a ticket or use the Pay by Phone App if thats more convenient. The prices on the ticket machine are £1.40 for 1Hour, £2.80 for 2 Hours, £5.50 for 4 Hours. Its possible to park for free North of the residents zone and this would be a good option if you are visiting Brighton for an extended time.

I live on the ground floor at the property and have a home office on the first floor, so we may get to say hi from time to time.

Its walking distance to the train station, the beach, Brighton Centre and even Hove is doable on foot.
