The space
This is a duplex with your own private ocean view deck for relaxing, dining, bbq, and beautiful sunsets. There is a shared front yard for dining, and fire pit as well. There are two bedrooms. Both have queen size beds. We are kid and pet friendly. There are two resident dogs...Barry and Stella they are extremely friendly and mostly quiet (they are dogs after all) . We are located in downtown Encinitas, and a short (very short) walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, bars, and the coaster.
