Our renovated yet comfortable family friendly home is in a fantastic location. 15 minutes walk to Chapel Street or High Street Armadale, and with the convenience of a tram stop (routes 5 and 64) 2 mins walk from the front door. Our home is spacious and well laid out with a modern kitchen, great for large groups or families

The space

Single story, 5 bedroom house with good size backyard. This is a family house well set up for those with young children or two families who want to share but still have space (property is approx 550sqm). The open plan living and dining and renovated kitchen style makes for a fantastic stay, whilst still being relaxed and young child friendly. We have ducted heating throughout and 3 air-conditioning units (main lounge, master bedroom and toddler room).

The location is fantastic, walking distance to Chapel Street, Prahran markets, High street Armadale, local parks and coffee shops. The number 5 and 64 trams are 2 minutes walk away. Our house is quiet and private with offscreen parking for one large or two smaller cars. The backyard is fully fenced and young child friendly.

Bed set up:
Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed with ensuite and air-con
Bedroom 2: Toddler room with king single and air-con
Bedroom 3: Children's room with a double bed with a single trundle-bed and a single bunk (room sleeps 4)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Bedroom 4/2nd lounge: Separate room with convertible couch that turns into comfortable queen bed (King Furniture Jasper unit)

Capacity is for 9 adults (one in top bunk) and 2 children (one in trundle bed and one in king single).

Very high ceilings throughout so rooms stay cool in summer

Other things to note

We have two young children so house is very family friendly and secure and with lots of toys and baby/child facilities (high chair/cots/prams etc) just ask for details

Set up suits families well (hallway doors keep living/dining noise away from sleeping children's rooms, back yard fully fenced and secure from road). Would suit two families or up to 4 couples staying together.

This is our family home, so although kitchen is nicely renovated it is lived in and comfortable.
