Cleaning charge is not worth. Plenty cockroach, mosquitos in the room and there are big rats. Garbage just there. Pantry is messy. CR has a bad smell and we did not even take a shower because its really difficult and uncomfortable. Price rate is not worth.

Response from Joanna:
We apologize for the inconvenience. As you are aware, our boarding house is also occupied by tenants whom we have no control of. Cleaning and maintenance is done every Tuesday. In addition, the price rate is done by Airbnb (smart pricing). We hope your review is not personal as I've not granted your request for a free overnight stay because your bus ticket is at 3am on Monday morning while your checkout is on Sunday at 12pm. Again, we apologize for the inconveniences.

Good value considering how close the place is to Session Road, easy to go around whether if you walk or use public transpo. Also great that you can use the available amenities, if you want to cook or heat water or watch TV. And Joanna is a gracious and accommodating host :)

If you're travelling to or even just passing by Baguio, you should consider contacting Joanna. She was kind with our requests especially with our late check-in and parking. We didn't get to explore much of Baguio but the place is near the city center with accessible transportation. The place is near Baguio's Saint Louis University so expect a university environment around the area.

The place was okay for the price. It's near the city center, and it's easy to access via public transportation. We even tried walking from there to Session Road, and it took us only 10 to 15 minutes. It's also not hard to locate, and drivers understand the directions given by the host. The host was also very helpful when we asked for directions and store locations.

Things I can't live without: my family, real friends, my cellphone, laptop and pc. I like watching movies, anime and TLC. I love to travel specially going to the beach. I love the feel of the sand under my feet. I also like hiking and exploring new places. I'm not particular with the kind of music I listen to - as long as it sounds good, no problem with me.

If you were my guest, I can give you lots of information about Baguio City. I'm the type of person who can easily know what you would like to see in our city.

Live at the moment. You'll never know what surprise there is in store for you.
