Come stay in a nice apartment from the 1920's. A large and spacious room with your own bathroom. Located in the center of the city, conveniently situated between Korsvägen and Götaplatsen. The room is excellent for business visits only 2 minutes walk to the exhibition hall “Svenska mässan” and “Gothia Towers”. As well as it’s perfect for tourists as it’s only a few minutes walk to Ullevi, Scandinavium, Liseberg and Avenyn. I live in the apartment myself and have one room for rent.

My apartment is located in a property from the early 1900s. The apartment is 110 sqm and consists of hall, kitchen, living room, dining room, balconies, as well as two bedrooms. I live in the apartment and rent out a spacious bedroom of 15 sqm.
The room has a comfortable bed (180x200 cm) that can easily be converted into two separate beds, please let me know if you wish. There's a TV in the room. You have access to a private bathroom with a shower.

Bus, airport bus and trams run from Berzeliigatan or Korsvägen, a few minutes walk.
