Spacious and sunny room in a 120m² flat on the 3rd floor. The room has a small privet balcony which looks on the east, if you are an early bird I'm sure you will enjoy amazing sunrise.

The space
Appointed flat on the 3rd floor in the center of Athens, with 2 bedrooms, each bedroom has its own small privet balcony. Only one bedroom is to rent. I live in the second bedroom. Kitchen, living room, working space, 2 bathrooms, and a large balcony. All the rooms in the flat are common and can be used by guest during their stay.

There is no problem for me staying longer or arriving earlier , but if there are new guests waiting, we have to respect the scheduled hours!!
But you also have the possibility to leave your luggages to the house for longer, and keep on exploring the city, and come back when you are ready :))

In the apartment I live with my sister Daniela and my dog Fidel :) he is a chow chow.
He is loyal as his name says,old and calm.. Because of my work most of the time I don't stay in the apartment, so it's more likely you meet my sister.

The apartment is located in the heart of Athens, in the edgy and hip area of Metaxourgeio,which is an upcoming neighborhood, with many cozy bars and eateries... very often, in our area a lot of artistic events are taking place, like music events, street theaters or performing, colour festival...

The flat is 6' away from Thissio, Monastiraki or Gkazi area.. in 20' you get to Acropolis museum, Plaka or Syntagma. If you don't feel like walking you can use numerous public transportation.
