Hi everybody,

I live in a lovely Parisian one-bedroom apartment of 42m2, on the second floor of an old Parisian building, with wooden floor et moldings on the ceiling.

The space

One bedroom flat (with a living room of course), 42m2, on the second floor of a early XXth century building.

There is a wooden floor and moldings on the ceiling. A "kitchenette" (so Parisian) with a washing machine and a dish-washer. A small and convenient bathroom (very Parisian...) with a shower and WC (very very Parisian, so...).

The bedroom overlook the courtyard so it is quite calm. The living room overlook the Tolbiac street that is know to be one of the longest street of Paris but not the quietest, but there is a double-glazed window.

Also, you will find the complete "rainy days' pack" : Wifi, optical fiber, Canal+ (a French Channel), a computer too and a TV in front of the bed and a hundred DVD or Blu-Ray : the rainy day's pack is complete.

If you feel adventurous, there is a nice bakery in the same building, a very big cinema nearby, a sunday market, busses and subways to go further.

And if you want to invite friends, there is a couch in the living room.

Guest access

Kitchen, bathroom, TV, Hi-Fi, Wii, Internet, video-projector, CD, Books (in French of course), DVD, Blu-Ray : you will have access to everything.

Other things to note

Being located on the second floor , the apartment is not very bright. But plants manage to survive.

There is only one bedroom, so the other accommodation is a "sofa bed" in the living room. But you can be two in it.

I loved this place. Cozy and warm. Great location to get to so many places in Paris. It had train and tram and tube stops nearby and you can walk up the seine to most places in half an hour. Plus this apartment has an amazing collection of films and music for those rainy days when you want to stay in. Great Boulanger underneath the house and good places to eat in the neighborhood.

Everything was amazing. Vincent is a great host, always making sure that everything is great during the stay. The location was perfect for us, there's plenty of buses and a useful subway station. The appartment is warm and full of Comic books with everything you need to cook (should you need to). The bakery right downstairs ensures good breakfast every mornings ! Absolutly recommend the place.

We had a great time at Vincent's place. He was very helpful when we arrived, and had a very detailed explanation of the house. I would strongly recommend this place.

Vincent's place is amazing! The apartment is really cool and filled with books and great music/movies so if you don't want to go out you will have what to do. It is just few minutes walk to metro 14, bus or RER C. Neighbourghood is also great. Bakery is in the same building and there are lots of shops working late hours. Vincent is prompt, helpfull and nice guy, happy to give all info you may need. Hope to visit Paris and Vincent's place again!

Vincent's place was very convenient and well located. It had everything that we needed to make our stay in Paris enjoyable. Vincent promptly replied to our questions before we arrived and was there to greet us and show his place. It is just like the pictures.
