Please follow only the directions mentioned by us while navigating to the property. The network connectivity in the area is still under development, with only Vodafone and Idea SIMs offering range. The hostel is equipped with a 15 Mbps internet connection.
Other things to note
Property Policies :
- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
- Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Outside alcohol consumption is not allowed in dorm rooms and common areas. However, it can be consumed in private rooms and cafe area.
- The swimming pool timings are from 8 AM to 8 PM.
- During the monsoon season, room service for meals and drinks will not be available.
- Due to the remoteness of the location, Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity issues may occur during heavy rains.
- Please follow the directions to the property shared on your booking-registered email. If you need more instructions, please feel free to contact the property.
- In case of a power outage, please wait while we switch on the backup. During heavy rains, electric supply can sometimes be erratic—we regret the inconvenience caused.
