The neighborhood is one of the best in the Twin Cities! Very high walkability score. Charming homes, meandering streets, great shops, wonderful people. In addition to the nearby businesses mentioned earlier, you are only a few minutes walk to the post office, dry cleaners, service station, convenience store, library and more.
Street and driveway parking is available, driveway is preferred (holds up to 5 cars). There is a bus stop 2 blocks away. The house is about a mile from the light rail, and 4 blocks away from Nice Ride, a self-serve bike rental. Very quick access to Highways 280 and 94 from the neighborhood.
Other things to note
Convenient to both downtown Mpls and St. Paul and within walking distance to restaurants, parks, shops. Easy access to freeways. Only minutes from Mall of America, Sports Stadiums, the University of MN.
Sleeping arrangements: 3 bedrooms have queen beds. 1 bedroom has bunk beds. There are also 2 foam camping mattresses, a spot on the couch, a Graco Pack 'n Play crib.
The pool is generally open from mid-May to mid-September.

NO LOUD PARTIES. Please be considerate of the neighbors. They are all really wonderful people. This includes no bachelorette or bachelor parties. (See falsified reservations.)

We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Our cleaning team needs the entire time to prepare the home for the next guests.
This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time. Minimum stay is two consecutive nights. The maximum number of guests in this house under the normal rental agreement s limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge of $20.00 per person per night for guests in excess of eight (8) will be assessed unless you’ve made prior arrangements with us.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT – A damage deposit of $300 is required. The deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, unauthorized pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. No excessive utility usage (may be subject to a utility surcharge).
d. All keys are returned.
e. No linens are lost or damaged.
f. No early check-ins or late check-outs.
g. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPER SERVICE – Linens, pool towels and bath towels will be onsite for your use during your stay.
GARBAGE AND RECYCLING - Pick up is on Wednesday and Monday respectively. Please take garbage and recycling down to the curb the night prior to their pick up, or we will have to pass along the $40 special trip fee from the hauler.
RATE CHANGES – Rates are subject to change without notice but will not change once deposit has been received.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in or will be removed.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies needs to be finalized in writing.
No smoking. No pets. No parties. Great home for families. Absolutely no glass allowed in the pool or pool area. Complete pool rules are printed and posted in the back yard and must be followed. Check in 4pm, Check out 11am.
We love to travel. Most recent trips: Bali, Thailand, Mexico, and all around the United States. Other things we love: Design, architecture, technology, indy movies, games, and spending time together as a family. We have three sons, a teen, a tween and a toddler. Life is always exciting!
