I am a Mum to two grown children, my husband Richard and I run an organic farm growing Oats and Beef on the shores of Lough Sheelin in County Cavan and Meath. I am also a part time interior designer and love to dabble in antiques. Running Ross Castle is something I love to do as I get to meet wonderful people from all over the world. I really enjoy cooking and often cook for my guests. Couldn't live without clean air, countryside, family and fun company.
