The space
There is access via a door from the open fronted garage, leading to a open hall with shoe store and coat hooks. There are 5/6 steps down to a short corridor leading to a bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom (two singles or super-king) an open plan living area; kitchen, dining, and comfy sofa and chair. From the garage there are some stairs leading up to an additional bedroom (two singles) with en-suite bathroom and shower.
There are bifold doors along the front of the property that open out on to the patio, where there is a wooden table and chairs……..truly idyllic!!!

Guest access
There is parking for one vehicle in an open fronted garage directly next to the accommodation, and plenty of space for additional parking at the end of the garage. There is immediate access to a footpath for a woodland walk, that leads down to the river Tamar.
The gardens are private and belong to Sally whom lives in the barn opposite.

Other things to note
Bradstone is a small, quiet hamlet appealing to those that want to relax and unwind peacefully.
There are plenty of lovely walks from the house and lots of great cycle routes.
