One king size bed in master and one queen size bed in guest room. No need for air conditioning, for cooling in summer simply open windows at night and close during the day.
Kiva style living room. High ceilings. Great outdoor spaces. Lots of birds, especially hummingbirds in summer. The front porch is a great place to relax and watch the sunset.

Love New Mexican food, green chili enchiladas, etc. Recommend The Pantry (low key, local, good food) and The Shed (touristy but worth it).
