Our guests tell us they love the privacy and the garden, as well as how clean, comfortable and relaxing our place is. Guests use a unique door code to access the separate, private, entrance at the back of the house. The large bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, desk, dresser, electric tea pot, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave. Take in the garden view while sipping your coffee and relaxing in the comfortable leather chairs . The second room has a twin bed, love seat, small dining table, 2 chairs, a TV, and a DVD player. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The laundry room has a washer and a dryer, iron, ironing board, and a sink for washing dishes. If we (the hosts) need access to the shared laundry room, we will prearrange a time to do this. For your privacy and ours, there is a locked door that separates all of these rooms from the rest of the house. Out back there is a relaxing, covered, outdoor, garden-view, seating area with 3 chairs and a small table for guests. In the warmer months you're likely to see birds and butterflies in the garden. Please note - There is a microwave and mini-fridge, but no kitchen in this unit.

Robin and Dave are great hosts! This home was perfect for our 4 day trip up to Seattle. We caught a few Mariners games, which was super easy with it being less than a 15 minute drive to the stadium. We were also able to tour the city and try out some local eateries at Robin's recommendation. We look forward to staying here again on our future Seattle trips.

Robin and her husband were extremely hospitable. They were warm in welcoming us and checked in occasionally to make sure we were set. The place itself is private and close to public transit and the nearby university. It's also a quick uber to almost anywhere worth seeing in Seattle. Would come back in a heartbeat and can't recommend they're home more.

We really enjoyed our one week stay here in Seattle. Robin and Dave were very gracious hosts and would occasionally check to see how we were doing via text or email. When we checked in it was very late around 11:30. We were very surprised that Dave took the time to greet us at the gate and show us around the room. The unit was furnished very well with a comfortable queen bed, microwave, coffee, work desk with two lamps. There was also a 2nd room with a twin size bed, couch and 32" tv. They also provide a helpful guide folder with restaurant menus, activity guides, and other useful information. The unit also includes a washer/dryer which we made use of. The location is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street close to restaurants and shopping. Thanks again Robin and Dave for making our visit to Seattle a comfortable one!

I stayed at Robin's place for 4 days on an exploration trip of Seattle. She was very helpful with her suggestions and knowledge of Seattle. They offer orca cards and parking with their place which can ease the annoyance of travel within the city. They were great hosts!
