ARTICLE I: General Provisions

The apartment is well located, but a little far from city center for walking (although I did it twice) but Palermo is a gorgeous area. The apartment is well appointed (no washing machine for clothes) and Paula and her helpers were fantastic. I paid extra for better Wi-Fi but is was still pretty average, with the upload speed less the 1mbps. I also paid extra for a parking spot, which was very secure. The building has security 24 hours. My only issues was there was a bit of dust on balcony (cigarette butts and ash etc) Air Conditioning was good, during the hot days. The bathroom was nice. The apartment only suffers a little from poor fixtures and has already aged too much for its age. All in all had a great stay and Paula seemed very nice and was always available by text.

hi Peter as is posted in the add, the building has a Laundry place , washing area with washing and dryer machines . Palermo is a great area for living, downtown is so busy and normally has track and traffic, I always recommend to stay in quiet areas like Palermo Soho and Hollywood, more fancy and secure. Also Palermo is well communicated with all the areas by public transportations that is very easy and subway that is fast Palermo offered a great option for restaurants and bars. The wifi companys in argentina are no so good as in europe and USA. We have the service with the best company in the market but the also the service is no as good as USA. Outside areas, like a balcony with big city is not so easy to be clean all the time. was a pity you did not mention during your stay , because we provide cleaning in case need.

She was extremely accommodating and the location is fantastic Apt looks like pictures My only thing was that the gym was in a really bad condition not to say unusable. The bathroom in the apt could also use a bit of love as a few little things were falling apart and we could of used more then 2 bath towels for our 1 week stay but we had a wonderful time and the apt is definatly well located so we were happy regardless of thoses little things!

Conoci a Martin hace un par de años quien se sumo a mi proyecto de alquileres, aportando sus cualidades de buen gusto y relaciones publicas, a partir de alli crecimos juntos en el barrio de Palermo Hollywood con muchas propiedades en edificios modernos , con amenities, casi enteros para alquiler, lo que nos abrio las puertas a no solo a particulares , sino tambien a productoras , empresas internacionales, universidades que querian estar en propiedades independientes pero en el mismo edificio.
Hoy tenemos propiedades que se adaptan a todos los estilos.
