Kim and Rachel were very welcoming to their lovely cottage. The cottage has a very comfy bed, very clean toilet and shower and a kitchenette with a fridge stocked with some lovely little treats for us. The locations is great: 2 minute walk to a bus stop that takes you right to Capitol Hill and downtown or a very short drive to most touristy attractions. We had a really comfortable and wonderful time and would stay again any day. Thank you both so much.

We loved this little place!! It was just the right size for my husband and I. Very quiet and tucked away in their backyard garden where it was very lush and green!! There is a little street noise, but only when the buses drive by. Great location, about a 15 minute bus ride to Pike Place Market, about a 25 minute car ride from Sea-Tac, Woodland Park Zoo, and the Museum of Flight. We took an Uber most places, easier and cheaper than finding parking. If we had any questions Kim left her phone number for us and answered messages quickly through the Airbnb app. We loved it there, and will stay again when we visit Seattle in the future.

Kim's place is a garden oasis with a lovely cottage privately nestled aside. Great neighborhood with all kinds of eating places and just around the corner from bus routes that take you everywhere. Kim helped us settle in a bit early - every much appreciated. The place is light and airy with ample kitchen/bath ware. This visit was my second as walking distance to my son, and I will surely stay again.

My dad just stayed here for the second time (I live down the block, so he comes to visit my family). This is his absolute favorite place to stay in Seattle and it never disappoints. Kim is a great host and we hope we'll be able to get her place again for next year's visit!

Nice and cozy. Easy to get to from downtown. We walked most of the time. We also got to cook some food in the kitchenette instead of eating out all the time! A great experience! We would definitely stay there again.

We are long time Seattle residents who enjoy living in the beautiful Northwest. When we are not involved in our social work jobs, Rachel loves to cook and garden; Kim loves to read, eat, and play Words with Friends. Traveling is our mutual passion and we go as often as time and money allow. One of our favorite experiences (to date!) was the year we spent living in Italy. The friendships we made and the fun we had navigating the customs and language of a foreign country were life changing.
Our own travels have clearly shown us that having comfortable, clean accommodations and welcoming, friendly hosts (oh, and good directions!) goes a very long way toward having a positive and memorable experience when away from home.
