This apartment was just a few minutes by car from Union Station and a few minutes walking to RFK stadium which worked perfectly for my itinerary. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and on a quiet block. Jo-ann was available at all times to answer any questions. I have no complaints whatsoever.

The place was very comfortable and convenient to public transportation. We rode the Metro subway the whole time, which was about 1-2 blocks away. The neighborhood is relatively safe without any problems while we were there. It's across the street from a school playground but did not have any issues with the kids there, besides we were gone all day every day. RFK Stadium is next door where the MLS DC United play, so it may get a little busy on the street during a soccer match or any other event they may host, but while we were there, there was no problem with this. The only thing to keep in mind is you'll have to ride the bus or Uber/Lyft to nearby restaurants and/or grocery which aren't that far away. We did find a few food delivery options that were pretty good. There is the main bedroom with queen-size bed, a day bed in a back room and a pull out sofa in the living room. The apartment was small but cozy, with a narrow kitchen and one bathroom, but everything you need is available as a home away from home, including a stacked washer/dryer, and she came at our convenience at mid-week of our stay to change the linen. We were a family of four with teenage children, so it worked for us. The host was very friendly and helpful and made herself available whenever needed, but allows you your privacy without interruption. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable apartment just a hop, skip and a jump from the Stadium/Armory metro stop. Quiet neighborhood, and very responsive host. The listing is very accurate, i'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a metro-friendly place to stay in D.C.

Jo-Ann's place was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. Communication with our host to arrange check-in on the way into town was fast. Off-street parking was a big help, and the Stadium-Armory Metro station was a very short walk (quick and easy trip into major DC attractions without any transfers). Not much in the way of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but we hit food trucks on our way home most days. We would definitely recommend Jo-Ann.

We were looking forward to find out what it was like to live in a row house. I had never been inside one before this trip. Things we found really useful. •Close to bus stop that took us to Union Station in 20 minutes. •Off street parking. See below •Available kitchen with small appliances (could only use one at a time due to electrical issues) •Good heating and cooling control’s •Working TV’s •Working bathroom Things we didn’t care for. The entire apartment will be available to guests. However, don’t expect places to hang or store your clothes. All other areas of the apartment are stuffed full of someone else’s belongings. Be mindful of security by locking exterior apartment door. There are two doors and four key locks that have to be dealt with on both the front and rear of the apartment each and every time one leaves or returns. Parking in the large back yard. We were excited about this offering but found it to be not so nice. Parking is hard to find on the street. We barely could back our Honda Odyssey over the gutter and through a narrow gate opening in the chain link fence. The alley is narrow making turning really tight. Once over the gutter you have a rather deep dip in the lawn and then the buried, but exposed steel item right in the path of the tires. I didn’t feel comfortable with this. (URL HIDDEN)
