Jordan was super at communicating with us upon check-in and when the internet went out temporarily she instantly phoned the company and everything was up and running in no time. Really cool location right off the L makes transport easy with optimal cafe's/food all around the block. And lastly her loft is large and cozy, with great magazines, book and tons of natural light.

It had always been on my bucket list to stay in a warehouse loft in Brooklyn. Jordan's loft didn't disappoint. It was a wonderful experience, spacious , clean and charming. Jordan was easy to communicate with and may our experience headache free. The beds were really comfy. The location was great, close to many restaurants and the Morgan L stop. I would definitely recommend this air bnb it was one of the best I've stayed in so far. Overall a great experience.

The loft is cool and very spacious but unfinished and a little laborious to get in and out. It's up 3 flights of stairs in an old converted warehouse in an industrial area and then down a long hallway. Ie It's very cool but it's not easy to pop out for milk. The local area is kind of up and coming and while Jordan's street is pretty dark and all garages and warehouses, at the end of the street it turns into a little village neighbourhood that's really cute. The sushi place ( momo)is amazing. And there's an unreal old diner in the other direction (flushing ave) with old school service and super cheap food. Jordan is pretty particular so if you're not into following instructions to the letter you might have issues. We had an issue over a broken item while we were there and it caused a great deal of stress. It's still not clear to me whether Jordan is going to lodge a claim against me or not and to be honest it's that factor ( plus the dirty shower and no toilet paper.....basic needs) that will make this my first and last Airbnb experience. In my opinion it's much easier and less stressful to just stay in a hotel. We were pretty much out all day and only there to sleep so , for us ( very respectful / pretty well travelled /easy going and honest) it would have been a better option to just find a hotel near a metro station and not have to worry about the complexities and functionality of someone else's house. But each to their own....

Response from Jordan:
Written by an unstable person who against my better judgement [no prior reviews] I allowed to stay in my home. I had to call AirBnB twice to discuss and strategize with them how to handle her bi polarity and ensure the safety of my home the final few days she stayed after breaking a valuable piece of art and freaking out when I said we would need to discuss possible damages to my home. In the end, I told her it would be impossible without an Art Advisor to place a financial value and I would not be filing a claim. To be honest, I made that decision to make sure nothing else was damaged as it was clear she was not a stable person, and I did not want to be subjected longer than necessary to her abusive personality disorder. Upon return to my home, there was a strange odor which was attributed to the brand new sheets - they smelled as if a homeless person had been sleeping there. They had to be washed twice. In truth, I am pretty particular... please don’t damage my home. Kind of simple…. If you do damage someone's home, do you not take responsibility, gaslight, and send abusive emails? Honest people find a way to make amends. It is described as Rustic, Elegant for a reason. Dirty? No. Of course there was toilet paper, but this is not a hotel with a maid service coming in every day to resupply and pick up after you… As for the local area — it is not dark, but it is definitely not a tree lined suburban street. As described on my page, it's industrial and East Williamsburg/Bushwick is the epicenter of arts and culture in Brooklyn -- the fastest growing, most popular [and expensive] neighborhood in NYC at the moment. As always I handled myself and the situation with compassion, respect and professionalism. Please read the 50 other reviews on my page.

Jordan's loft is located in a fast changing neighbourhood. It seems every year new places open for coffee, clothes or food supplies yet it still retains its small steel fabrication industries and distribution warehouses. There are some amazing examples of street art and the feel is one of endless possibility fuelled by young people taking a business risk and going for it. Vibrant! We loved our time here and it was exactly as we expected and wanted it to be. That said, it will not be for everyone. If you need peace and quiet then it won't work for you. If you find edginess unsettling then perhaps choose a more established area. However we will be back and know that many of our friends would also really dig Bushwick. Thanks Jordan, your loft is really great, and super-large by NY standards. It was the perfect place to base ourselves. Easy to nip across to Manhattan on the L and within walking distance of Citibikes for exploring Brooklyn.

I had a wonderful stay at Jordan's loft. It feels like you are staying at a friends house; clean, eclectic and loved space. Easy access into Manhattan but all you need close by including resturants, shops and health food stores. Comfortable bed(s) and we'll equipped little kitchen. If you are an artistic-type person you will feel quite inspired by the space. Jordan is attentive and easy to communicate with. Enjoyed my stay!

Very cool loft. Jordan was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Although I did not get a chance to meet her, she was very responsive and easy to communicate with
