Cosy, comfortable, bright apartment in the historical centre of Rome (Monti) that can sleep up to 4 people (and even 5 by adding a single sofa bed). It is ideally located for business or pleasure: The Fori Imperiali are a five-minute walk away.
The apartment (70 sq.m) consists of a living room with two windows with a view onto Zingari square and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with tub and another bathroom with shower. The floor is in “cotto” tiles and the original style of the apartment has been maintained, leaving the beams visible for example.
Other things to note
The apartment is located in an eighteenth century building, a few minutes' walk from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, a five-minute walk from the Colosseum and a two-minute walk from the Forum and Palatine Hill. It is just a few minutes from Termini Railway Station. With its old houses, narrow streets and small shops, Rione Monti is one of the most characteristic places in Rome. The area offers trendy venues, wine bars and restaurants. It is quiet during the day and exciting in the evening with a thriving nightlife.

There are no set rules of conduct, simply some advice based on good sense and good manners. Please leave the kitchen in order for the next guests and remember to turn off the lights when you leave the flat. You must not smoke in the flat: by not smoking you will preserve the wood and upholstery, and you will also respect those (perhaps non-smokers) who will stay in the flat after you. Remember that if things go missing or get damaged, you will be considered responsible: always keep the front door fully closed, and lock the door and windows when leaving the apartment.
