About this listing

Welcome to this wonderful house located in one of the most tranquil areas of Cala Mendia. The property has 150 m2, sleeps up to 8 people and is just 800 meters from the beach.

The space

The house is located in a residential area of independent houses, which is very quiet. Its four rooms are spacious and all have garden views. Three of them have a double bed and one has two twin beds (the latter is located in the old garage which has been converted into a room and has a separate entrance from the street, which is perfect for young adults and/or family teenagers who want to be more independent). If necessary, all rooms are spacious enough to fit a crib. The house has a full bathroom with a bathtub and a washroom next to the kitchen and dining room. In addition, we can also find an outdoor garden shower to cool and wash off when you get home from the beach.

The kitchen is very well maintained and equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need to cook comfortably during your stay. In the pantry you will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

The dining room is an ideal space for spending long periods as it is spacious, bright and welcoming. The sofas are very comfortable and you can relax there while watching TV or just reading a good book.

The exteriors are very welcoming. During the summer time, take advantage of the Mediterranean breeze coming from the sea. The plot has more than 500 m2. Enjoy the garden and its fabulous terrace. The porch garden of 15 m2, is completely furnished and has a tank which gives it a stately air. It is the perfect place to spend the evening enjoying the breeze and the island’s good weather.

The garden is meticulously maintained and has many ornamental plants as well as fruit trees.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

The house and its facilities are totally private. We’ll leave bed linen and bath towels for you (beach towels are not available).
