Interaction with guests
We are happy to provide as much support as required. All our staff have lived locally for more than 15 years and are friendly and supportive. If you have local friends or family and do not need any hints that is fine. If you would like a chat and some information we are very happy to help.
Beautiful Fremantle Arts centre opposite with cafe, shop and art exhibitions. Free music on Sundays in summer.
Fremantle Leisure Centre (gym, heated pools and outdoor pool) just 50m away.
Park near leisure centre for walks with your dog if required.
Tennis club and bowling club in the park welcome guests.
Neighbours are friendly and discreet.
Just across the park is Fremantle CBD.
Right opposite is the free, frequent CAT (Central Area Transit) bus which will take you directly to the Fremantle train and bus station. A short walk to Beach Street and right along the river will lead you to on the left to The Kiosk the The Left Bank Pub, the Dome over the river and further along The Zephyr Cafe - all on the banks of the Swan River.
If you turn left, at the corner is the Mantle and then Clancy's Fish pub - so much choice!!
Other things to note
The Fremantle Arts Centre will occasionally have musical and arts events. This is an ideal spot to stroll to the venue - if you do not want to listen or attend but assured that the extremely thick wall will insure your quiet amenity.
The airconditioning system takes fresh air from outside to minimize energy costs and also is great to have nice fresh air that is not just recycled inside.
The second bedroom has its own reverse cycle airconditioning. The remainder of the house has ducted airconditioning.
If you want to have a pet then this needs to be discussed with us. If we agree a returnable bond will be taken.
No Smoking in side - smoking is allowed on the balcony and verandahs but please put all waste in the bins provided. We expect that neighbours will be allowed to live in peace so no loud music and quiet after 10:30pm each night. We work hard to keep the house in good condition and expect guests to respect the premises and notify us of any problems immediately. Please do NOT leave letting us know until after your visit.

Ian (my husband), Connie and I run a short-stay accommodation business in Fremantle that has been going since 2006.
We all enjoyed Christmas 2015 and we also enjoy helping people to have a great experience in lovely Fremantle and Perth!
As the photo, we are dog lovers - takes a bit to keep up with a young, active mini-schnauzer!!
We all enjoy music, the outdoors (especially the dog beach and dog park!!). BBQs and when we can get a break some travel or trips to visit friends.
We still need to get to Prague - maybe a river cruise?? Also Ian and I want to take a good look at inland Victoria and New South Wales - a car trip pottering around about April 2016 would be good.
I guess for a life motto - Do as you would be done by - this seems to work well!
