*Small deck off of the Living room with 4 outdoor chairs. This deck also has a spiral staircase that takes you to the 2nd floor Rooftop Deck
*Side Deck with 4 person dining table located on 1st floor outside of the Den (Note this is a shared space with the Home next door. The Home next door does not use the deck other than to access the ramp to their jet ski dock)
*IMPORTANT: Our home has a spiral staircase to access the 2nd floor from the foyer, this is the only way to access the 2nd floor.
2nd Floor:
Bedroom #4 - Master Bedroom - King Bed (Large Smart TV and cable tv)
Bedroom #5 - Twin bed w/desk and also a smart tv - no cable tv in this bedroom)
Common Area (large hallway area that has 1 pull out Twin Murphy Bed

KITCHEN-
Our Home in stocked with plenty of pots, pans, baking pans, plates, bowls, serving dishes, silverware, bakeware, cooking utensils, coffee machine that takes keurig pods and a 12 cup coffee pot, waffle maker, electric skillet, food chopper, hand mixer, 4 slice toaster and crockpot. Cooking oil, spices and some condiments are also usually stocked at the home

Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Laundry Soap and Dryer Sheets, Dishwasher pods, Trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 6 rolls of toilet paper
OUTDOOR ITEMS - UPON REQUEST:
3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards and numerous BOTE BRAND inflatable floats are available for guests to use upon request - A WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL GUESTS IN ORDER TO USE THIS EQUIPMENT!! An outdoor rug is rolled up and secured on the floating dock to set up by the umbrella to help with the heat of the floating dock on your feet!! The floating dock is black and gets extremely hot, please take precaution and wear shoes and use the rug during your stay if you plan on spending time swimming from the dock. Feel free to set up the beach chairs on dock as well.
Guest access
Guest will access the home with a digital keypad. Code will be released the day before your arrival.

Guests must be 30 yrs old or older with an established Airbnb account and have all positive reviews in order to book this home!

NO SMOKING IN THE HOME or deposit will be forfeited
NO PETS/ANIMALS permitted in the home at anytime during your stay. We have family members with severe allergies….this rule is crucial to their health and safety!! You will be charged a $500 fee if you break this rule and could forfeit the rest of your stay at owner’s discretion!
This is a family home, not a party house. NO PARTIES WILL BE TOLERATED - HOME WILL NOT BE RENTED TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 30. THE PERSON BOOKING THE HOME MUST BE AT THE HOME DURING YOUR STAY! We try to make our guests stay as relaxing and carefree as possible. The house sleeps 10 comfortably. There is room for an inflatable mattress in the master bedroom if guests would like to bring one, however host does not provide any additional bedding or pillows

PARKING: There is a 2 car shared driveway with the home next door, however guests may use this driveway during their stay. Please limit the amount of cars during your stay during the high season summer months June-August. There is FREE street parking for overflow cars, however this is a shore town so the street does fill up and street parking can be scarce at times for extra cars.
