We live nearby if you need anything. We are unable to accommodate families with children. We love our safe & quiet neighborhood & hope you will join us!

The space
We are excited to share our home duplex with fully private front entry and living quarters.

Due to the lack of child-proofing and safety features, we do not allow children.

No backyard access, secondary unit is alley access only and our private office space.

Please note that both units are completely separate.
We are mindful of our quests and we make sure to keep noise to a minimum.

Street parking in front of house.
Parking available for two vehicles, up to four upon request.
Please watch your step and use the handrail on the front entrance steps.

Guest access
Key will be hanging inside on the mirror by the entrance.

Other things to note
Our space is not suitable for children. ( 1yr - 16yrs old) Please do not book if you are traveling with children. Infants are an exception. Thank You
