About this listing
Located in the heart of trendy East London + only 6 mins walk from Haggerston and Shoreditch. Amazing 1 bedroom duplex apartment. Professionally managed with fluffy fresh towels, fresh white sheets and basic amenities included to help you settle in!
I am at the moment looking to rent my place for stays of 90+ nights only, and have already adjusted the monthly price to incorporate a long term stay discount.
Art lovers delight!
This canal side gem of an apartment has it all: great location, great space and stunning art! It's got lush light carpeting all throughout that will feel like walking on clouds after a long day of exploring Londontown. The place isn't huge, but double height, an uncluttered decor and lots of windows and sunlight give it a very spacious feel.
Located only 4 minutes walk away from Haggerstone Overground Station, the flat is inside a secure building compound. The flat is very modern and built in the last 10 years. There is an elevator in the building.
You enter the open plan kitchen and living room from a little hallway, where you can cook up some dinner or kick back on the comfortable sofa and watch some TV. As an avid collector of art, I made sure that you will get a flavour of funky Dalston within these 4 walls! Street art enthusiasts will appreciate my early Shepard Fairy piece - yes, he's the one who designed the Obama Hope poster - from the Obey w
In the back, the apartment opens up to a small balcony overlooking the canal - I love sitting out there for a glass of wine at the end of a long day. If you stand on your toes, you will be able to see the odd canal boat float by. Mms
On this lower level, you also find a bathroom with a tub equipped with fresh fluffy towels and fragrant showering supplies, as well as a closet with a washing machine for those of you who are planning a longer stay.
Going upstairs, you will be wowed by another few of my funky art pieces. The upstairs bedroom feels like a little cozy nest with a double bed to cuddle up in. The built in closet boasts loads of space for you to unpack and store your suitcases so you can feel right at home. The black-out curtains and blinds will make sure that you get a restful nights sleep in case you are not one of those lucky people who can sleep anywhere!
There is an overground line running near my apartment, so if you are very sensitive to noise, this might not be the right place for you. As this is a new-build, the windows are able to keep out most of the noise and it's more of a pleasant "swishing" sound rather than a deafening train sound.
The area is very nice. Dalston boasts many great places for food and drink and is only a few minutes (on the bus) away from the hustle and bustle of Shoreditch High Street.bu

I am now a mom, an art lover and general fan of all that is quirky. Thats why my husband and I enjoyed living in Dalston for so many years. We have seen East London gentrify over the years and we feel like we have been this stunning transformation. We are both sun worshippers but we like to mix our travel with some culture as well.
