Gather around the cheerful living room for an evening in front of the wood burning fireplace or watch TV with DirecTV or DVD and surround sound. A stacked washer and dryer is available for your use.
The main level has two bedrooms off a small hall, one with a king bed, TV with DirecTV, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. A full bathroom is also on the main level. Upstairs are three more bedrooms for family and friends to choose from. One bedroom has a king bed, the next bedroom has a queen bed and the fifth bedroom is great for the kids with 4 twin beds, large flat screen TV with DirecTV and DVD. Upstairs is also a bathroom with double sink and shower.
The group will enjoy the large yard for a game of Frisbee or catch. This is the perfect cabin for your next mountain and lake getaway!

Big Bear Lake Central is the heart of Big Bear. This area reaches from Metcalf Bay to Meadow Park and includes the Performing Arts Center, Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain, The Village, Veterans Park, Holloway’s Marina, Big Bear Marina, Pine Knot Landing and Swim Beach. Restaurants, lodging, entertainment and some of the best hiking trails make this area a coveted spot to both live and stay in a vacation rental in Big Bear Lake, especially during the summer months. Homes range from small to large, rustic to modern and many offer lake views, private dock access or butt up to the national forest.
CHAIN CONTROL REQUIREMENT LEVELS:
W: No Restrictions - Watch for snow on pavement.
R-1: Chains are required on all commercial vehicles (trucks or buses). All other vehicles (cars, pick-ups, vans, etc.) must have either snow tread tires or chains on the drive axle.
R-2: Chains are required on all vehicles except four-wheel drives with snow tread tires. Four-wheel drive vehicles must carry chains in the vehicle.
R-3: Chains required - ALL VEHICLES - no exceptions.

Each property has a maximum number of guests and cars that are allowed. This is set by the city/county and is not negotiable; renters found to be in violation of these clearly posted allowances will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental fees, charges and deposits by the city. The number of cars per city/county ordinance is cars in the driveway or complex. Street parking is not available per the city/county overnight. You can park in the Village in the Chamber of Commerce parking lot off Bartlett Rd or the free public parking lot next to our office at 40957 Big Bear Blvd.

We do not supply charcoal for the barbeque or wood for the fireplace.
