This 1920's duplex house was completely renovated. It's bright, spacious and convenient to Clarendon and all it has to offer. 4 bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in living room allow for up to 10 folks. Downstairs unit can be rented also for more travelers.

We had a great stay at the property. The location is great (the restaurants and bars of Clarendon are easily accessible) and the check in/out process was very smooth. The house itself is nice and we found everything as advertised in the listing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely, comfortable property in a great location. It's very well equipped with all the basics, roomy and a great layout for a group. The house is in a neighborhood location, but there's a business district an easy half mile walk away. Close to public transportation, so getting anywhere in the area is easy- we didn't use our car all week. Highly recommend!

Perfect location to experience D.C. The home comfortably sleeps 8 adults. The home is updated with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have queen beds which were pretty comfortable. Overall the home is large and spacious with ample amenities. I recommend it if you are traveling with family.

Pillows are like bags filled with soft golf balls, clumpy and made our necks hurt. Bathroom pipes are probably older since this is a historic home, as a result, we had some drainage issues in the showers. The home is a pretty cool space, funky layout, but not great value, in my opinion. Pricing may have been higher when we stayed because it was during 4th of July. I would recommend this most highly for groups that don't mind walking, and who want lots of communal space.
