You will love our newly renovated 2 bed/2 1/2 bath private townhome in a secure community. Perfect location. This Property doubles as our second home when we are in town. Renovations include new wood flooring, fresh paint, new kitchen with stainless appliances, and granite tops. All furnishings and accessories are new. Private courtyard with sundeck, and new lighting overlooking a private park. 2 blocks from the heart of Duval St. and 2 blocks from the beach! This is a prime location to all!

The space
So we have a beautiful home in the charming Key West Neighborhood of Truman Annex. We have two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and on-suite. Bedroom two has two twin beds and full bathroom in hallway. The property does sleep six with extra accommodations in our living room off the kitchen. We have a Queen sofa sleeper that will accommodate two additional guest. Our home is Caribbean style in colors with most of the amenities you would find in your own home. Our home is fully furnished and cozy and the open kitchen and living room serves as a great spot to entertain guest and have a great time. Our patio does have a dinning set to accommodate you for out door dinning or a game of cards. We are in the Caribbean where the weather is quite warm most anytime of the year. Key West can also be a very humid climate. So yes we do have Mesquitos and termites! So you need to make sure to keep all the doors closed. Both pest do Fly but only one Bites!! Termites like wood so they are absolutely harmless but I don't need them in my home!! Trash needs to be taken to the Dumpster area and not left outside or in my home. The dumpster area can be found over by my parking spot.

Guest access
All guest have access to use the Truman Annex pool, my single parking space that is available, and of course my home. If a parking space is needed I will need your vehicle information. Make, model, year, and plate number. Once I have the information I will send directions of parking location and provide permit.
