The space

Nestled within a meticulously maintained complex, the community boasts pristine amenities, including a sparkling pool and well-kept tennis courts, all in excellent condition. The complex's prime location offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, placing you in the heart of the desert's most sought-after area.
Perched on the second floor, our private condo is accessible via a charming staircase—no elevator. Despite its proximity to the pool, the unit remains peaceful and secluded, thanks to great neighbors and a quiet atmosphere.
Remodeled in 2023 with high-end appliances, designer finishes, and tasteful touches throughout, the condo offers luxurious comfort. The modern kitchen features an electric cooktop and oven, a stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, and garbage disposal, complemented by an extensive selection of cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses, and a drip coffee maker for your convenience.
The living room boasts a stunning mid-century sofa, stylish and super comfortable chairs, and a large smart TV, creating an inviting space for relaxation. Step out onto the balcony, furnished with cozy chairs and a small table—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening breezes.
The primary bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed, bedside tables, a large smart TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and excellent lighting—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and provides easy access to the second bathroom, which can be reached from both the bedroom and the living area.
Additional amenities include a stacked washer and dryer, a brand-new AC/heating system with a Nest thermostat, and parking for two vehicles: one under a covered spot and the other in an open area, within the non-dedicated lot.
This special retreat combines modern luxury with serene privacy in one of Palm Springs' most coveted neighborhoods.

The entire condo is yours to enjoy, you’ll also have access to the pool area as well as any facilities in the complex
Other things to note
The jacuzzi and pool for the complex is just a stairwell away from our condo. The pool and jacuzzi are communal and the association keeps them heated during the winter months (and the jacuzzi year round). There is no additional fee for using these. You may bring drinks but all containers must be plastic, no glass allowed in the pool enclosure. You may also bring floats but those must be stored in the unit when done using them, please don't leave any trash behind as there's always a watchful eye in these complexes!
We have a Pack n Play and a high chair available for your use at no extra charge, ask us in advance for these items as we want to make sure they're available for you upon arrival. We can also recommend a full service baby furniture rental company that'll deliver to us. And, of course we can also recommend a great and highly reputable Nanny service.

Let us know in advance if you’ll need/want an additional cleaning service during your stay. That fee is $150.00
We accept pets up to 50 lbs for an additional $125 fee. Let us know what breed you pet is and hopefully it's house trained and non aggressive. This extra fee covers the additional cleaning required between dog visits and our next guests and it's paid entirely to our cleaning crew.
We provide many items at the start of your rental, those are usually good for a 2 to 3 day/night stay. If you'll be staying longer with us, please note that we don't supply those items for the entirety of your trip.

We may park 2 cars and we have dedicated car tags for dedicated spaces, one covered and one uncovered. Strict parking rules apply in the complex
Do's:
Keep Noise Levels Low: Be mindful of your volume indoors, especially during late hours. This includes conversations, music, and television sounds.
Be Aware of Outdoor Noise: If you’re enjoying the outdoor space, keep conversations at a reasonable level, particularly after 10 PM.
We communicate with Neighbors: If you see your neighbors or they reach out, be friendly and respectful.
Use Headphones: If you want to listen to music or watch movies, consider using headphones to keep the noise to a minimum.
Don’ts:
Avoid amplified Music outdoors and absolutely no parties allowed. Our max amount of daytime visitor guests is 4 and, they must be gone by sundown: High volume music, loud gatherings, or parties can disturb neighbors and lead to complaints. Complaints could lead to you being asked to vacate the property without any refunds. Please help us keep the peace
Don’t Ignore Complaints: If any neighbor approaches you regarding noise, please address it immediately to maintain peace.
Don’t Move Furniture Around without our permission: This could cause breakage and/or damage to the floors and walls
What the Zero Noise Ordinance Means:
The zero noise ordinance is a Palm Springs city ordinance that prohibits excessive noise during specific hours (10:00pm to 10:00am) to ensure all residents can enjoy their homes peacefully. Violating this ordinance can lead to fines or consequences that can affect our rental permit, meaning we wouldn’t be able to host future guests. Your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment helps everyone have a pleasant experience!
