The condo was a bit small but we were 5 girls who know each other well so we were comfortable enough.
Hélène was very helpful in providing instructions on how to get there beforehand and even gave us the wifi codes before we arrived (via email). She responded very quickly to all my questions leading up to the weekend of our stay.
I would like to say though that once you've arrived, there are no instructions about how you need to leave the place when you leave (wash sheets? Take out garbage? Turn down beds?). This was a bit lacking in my opinion.
She also advertised the place as having a fireplace but it was really just an electric unit plugged into the wall. On our second night, we turned it on for a bit of heat but it kept turning off. We realized that there was a problem with the plug so I immediately alerted the host through Air BnB but she never responded. Not sure if it was already like that or not but had we not noticed it could have been a serious fire hazard.
The heating was also very loud so if you are a light sleeper like me, you might not get the best sleep.
There was a dishwasher which was great but the run time for such a small one was very long and very loud so on our second night we made sure to start it a lot earlier than the night before.
The place was well equipped with towels, sheets, kitchenware, etc but I found the lack of instructions and so on was a bit of a drag. When you're staying somewhere new, it is nice to have some information about where to find stuff, how to leave the place, how to lock the door, etc.
