Our remodeled 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhome is a short walk to downtown Lexington, Rupp Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Keeneland. The townhome has two bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms have been completely renovated. A queen airbed is available to comfortably sleep 6. The Roku TV has basic Cable, Hulu, Netflix, ESPN, and HBO.
Guest will have the entire 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome during their stay. The townhome has a small, fenced in back patio with a table and four chairs to relax after a long day.

The Woodward Heights neighborhood is a historic district in downtown Lexington. It is a 5 minute walk from Rupp Arena/Convention Center and a 10 minute walk to downtown Lexington's many restaurants and attractions.
A city bus stop is a block away, or walk across the Jefferson street bridge to catch Lexington's free downtown trolley which will take you directly to West Sixth Brewery - or to many other destinations in Lexington's restaurant district. The townhome is within walking distance of Alltech Lexington Brewing and Distilling and Country Boy Brewery. Airport and Keeneland Race Track are an easy 10 minute drive.

One car can park in front of the townhome. The rest may park on the street, which is safe.

I live in downtown Lexington, KY with my wife and three sons. We love our downtown neighborhood that allows us to easily walk around the city to explore the many outdoor festivals, new restaurants, and breweries that have revitalized downtown Lexington.
