Breakfast supplies are provided when guests initially arrive only and information on cafes and supermarkets is available in the unit. Enjoy the cafés and restaurants in Buderim, or take a quiet walk through Buderim Forest Park or nearby Foote sanctuary. This apartment is close to the Sunshine Coast University, just 5 minutes away. Take a relaxing half hour drive north to the famous Eumundi Markets and Noosa. Further afield are the spectacular Glasshouse Mountains to climb and the picturesque villages of Montville and Maleny to explore.
Enjoy your own private area in the backyard with BBQ facilities. Your undercover carpark is directly outside the entry to the apartment. A fire pit is located in the backyard and is available for use, with the host's permission. Instructions regarding this are available in the unit.
Interaction with guests
We are happy to share our local knowledge of the Sunshine Coast with our guests. Your privacy will also be respected, if you prefer to enjoy your solitude.
Normally check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am, however, this is negotiable. If you'd like to arrive earlier or leave later, just let us know in advance and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Smoking is permitted outside, however, make sure you extinguish your cigarette fully, as we live in a bushy area. Respect our home and leave it the way you found it. No pets allowed.
If guests are staying longer than 1 week, fresh linen and towels will be offered on the eighth day.
For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or any others to our home at any time, for any length of time. Only those individuals who are registered guests, whose full names have been provided in advance and who have been paid for in advance, may enter the premises. No other individuals may be on our property unless permission is given by hosts.
In the case of significant violation of house rules, the reservation will be immediately terminated and all fees and monies paid will be forfeited.
As our unit is located on the ground floor of our house and in a residential cul-de-sac, guests should keep noise to a minimum, between 10pm - 7am. If guests require the use of the fire pit, please ask permission from hosts. No lighting of fires unless hosts are home. If guests require a mailing address, please use the local post office, rather than our home address.
We love sharing our beautiful area with visitors. Meeting new people from all over the world and swapping stories is a great bonus as Airbnb hosts. We also enjoy staying at other Airbnb places when we travel. We have travelled throughout Europe and lived overseas with our family when they were young, so we understand how important local knowledge is. Bushwalking, gardening, art and design are our areas of interest.
