A oversized 4 post California King memory foam bed awaits you after a day out in the sun plus a comfortable contemporary designer sofa for you to relax on while watching a late night movie on the 42" plasma T.V. Equipped with free Hi Speed WI-FI internet connection throughout the entire unit plus lanai (balcony) if you wish to get some work done on the lanai over coffee and the mountain view. You will also have Cable TV in both the living room & bedroom. Room is fully air-conditioned for those warmer Hawaii days.

A FULL-SIZED kitchen furnish with a microwave, four burner GAS range with oven, refrigerator, bread toaster, rice maker, blending machine, dishes, cups, bowls, pots/pans and plenty of utensils.

The unit has a brand NEW air-conditioner in the bedroom that blow ice cold air to keep you and your family/guests nice and cool.

I've provided you with some basic complimentary condiments and spices if you wish to save a few bucks by cooking at home.

The famous Hilton Hawaiian Village is just 5 minutes away by foot for a free must see weekly entertainment Fireworks on the beach every Friday at 7:45PM!

Parking in Waikiki is GOLD and you've struck it big!! I've got 1 secure/access controlled covered garage parking spot for your rental car. Your Jeep/Mustang will be nice and cool and safe for your island adventures!

Interaction with guests

I will not meet you in person upon check-in/out but I'll be here for as much or as little as you need during your stay. I have a fantastic staff that works around the clock to be there for you from check-in to check-out. We strive to answer any/all questions and concerns as quickly as possible, usually within the hour. For anything serious I'll personally step in to help. We're just a phone call OR message away if you need anything. Just let me know how I can make your stay the most comfortable.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service as it is privately managed. Upon checkout please clean and dry your dishes and take your trash out to the trash chute located across the hall on floor 5, there is one on every floor. Do not throw or leave anything on the Lanai/balcony. Please NO SHOES, SLIPPERS & SAND inside the unit.


LINENS & LAUNDRY: We strive to provide plush linens and towels that are clean and white with no stains. Please don't use our towels to remove your make-up. A replacement fee will be charged for stained towels (e.g. hair dyes, bleaches, make up, dirt, or greasy burnt saucepans). Your reservations comes included with two (2) king-sized pillows, one (1) comforter with duvet
cover and one (1) sheet. The living room will also have a large blanket with plenty of pillows on the couch. Please note that any special requests beyond what is listed will need PRIOR approval and not always guaranteed, but we'll try our best to accommodate the best we can.

If you wish to do your own laundry during your stay there is a secured laundry room on the ground/lobby floor. If you're facing the elevator in the lobby go down the small hall to the right adjacent the mailboxes and use your FOB to access the laundry room through the glass door. You will need quarters ($0.25).

LATE CHECKOUT: Checkout between 11am and 3pm: 50% of the daily rental rate. Checkout beyond 4pm: 100% of the daily rental rate.

FUNCTIONS: Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM.

SMOKING: No smoking. No drugs. NO Candles. No open flame inside the apartment or on lanai as this is a fire hazard and against building regulations.

PETS: No pets allowed in or on the property.

LOST KEY: Please put all keys in the lockbox at checkout and leave the garage access card on the kitchen counter. $100 will be deducted from your security deposit for each lost key.

DEPOSIT: The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Deposit is fully refundable, however it may be deducted for excessive mess or repair/replacement for damages to the room or its contents.

TAXES: All bookings are subject to 9.25% Hawaii Hotel Tax and 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax, they are included as part of your reservation cost.

RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER: Property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The guest is responsible for safe-keeping of personal belongings or valuables. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. This was a brilliant base for our honeymoon trip to Oahu. A very comfortable, extremely clean and secure apartment minutes from the hub of Waikiki activity. Zeus provided full and clear instructions before our visit and checked in with us via message during our stay ensuring everything was up to standard. Really great place. In a great location and just a short walk to Waikiki! The bed is incredible like everyone has said! I definitely need one like it at home. Zeus was awesome for all our needs and was very speedy with communication! Would recommend to any air bnb user!

On the good side: The apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Recently refurbished, good location, within walking distance to Waikiki beach. Comes with parking. On the bad side: the building is quite old and not in the best shape, the bedroom window is not entirely so no proof, so could get loud with traffic. We did have issues with the checkin process: arrived around 9PM, found the key box, opened it with the provided code, but the box was empty. It took about two hours to get in the apartment - apparently the cleaner locked the key inside the apartment. They had to come back to the place and retrieve it, which is why it took so long (not sure why this wasn't done before our arrival - there seems to have been no communication between the owner, manager and cleaner to ensure everything is ready). I messaged the host when departing Hilo heading to Honolulu, yet this did not seem to have counted. One other thing - I was never provided the number of the apartment or the number of the parking spot - had to find out from the cleaners the number of the apartment, and then waited for 15-20 min in the basement to get the parking number (in the meanwhile i figured it out from the pictures on Airbnb).

Dumitru, I am very grateful you stayed at my apartment and had a positive experience overall. However, to address some of the issues you had regarding your stay: 1. The apartment, as you have noted is in a great location just minutes walking distance to some of the world's most famous beaches. Unfortunately, with the apartment being in such an ideal location also means that there is a lot of activity. So the noise level, as expected is a bit higher than further out of Waikiki where you might get less noise but also sacrifice the convenience of being so close to all the great restaurants, shops and beaches. I will try to work on providing ear plugs for future guests that might also find the noise disturbing. 2. There is no excuse for you not being able to check-in ONTIME. August was my first month on Airbnb and I am still working on trying to iron out the logistics with the cleaners. I apologize for the late check-in and am working hard with my cleaners so that this kind of thing doesn't happen again. 3. The apartment number and parking number, along with ALL other house rules are provided in the confirmation letter after booking in confirmed. You can find everything from apartment number, parking instructions and WiFi password on this confirmation letter. We should still have been there to provide this information for you.

Zeus was great to deal with and very hospitable. Check-in was fast and easy. The unit was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Parking was included and safe and secure. The location was perfect, close to the Convention Center and Waikiki entertainment. I will definitely check back next time I go to Oahu.

This place is closely located to the Waikiki streets and beaches. There is a parking space (a bit of a tight squeeze) if needed, but the bus stop is directly downstairs from the apartment. The neighborhood has combini stores (7/11 and ABC) very close by for any last minute needs or needed snacks. The bed is very comfortable, and waking up to the view was a bonus.

This is a great location if you want to be close enough to all the stuff in Waikiki without dealing with resort prices. Zeus gave very detailed instructions so that we could self check in easily. He was also very attentive to any small issues that came up. Having a parking space was important for us, but note that it is very tough to park anything other than an economy/compact car in the space. The unit is on a busy street, so there is light traffic noise, but that is tough to escape on Waikiki. We loved the convenience of being and be to walk to the beach and popular sunset spots. There are lots of great restaurants in walking distance and Zeus provided an awesome guide to the area, including the breakfast spot Cream Pot, which has been a favorite meal for us on our trip so far! Zeus will leave you with no anxieties with his complete instruction and blended attentiveness to small details. Great stay!

I met Zeus once during my stay there and he was extremely helpful and friendly. Prompt communication, and the place is rather amazing. Well kept, and the close proximity to Honolulu coffee centre is great too! About 15mins walk to Waikiki and Ala Moana Centre (opposite directions)
