Jeroen is an all-round great host that will make you feel at home. The flat is nicely located close to bus and metro stations.

Jeroen's place is really easy to get to with local trams and a metro station nearby. You will find however that once you are in you can walk everywhere. By foot it takes about half an hour to walk to nearly everywhere centrally, including 9 streets, the Rijksmuseum, the Hortus (a botanical garden), and other really great things to check out. The area is really lively, whilst being residential enough to enjoy a good night's sleep after walking a lot. There's a really great cafe and bakery called Bakhuys, a supermarket literally a minute walk away, and then other cafes and restaurants around. There's an amazing pizzeria called de Pizza Bakkers. The room is large and very light and comfortable, There is a tv - be careful about playing the tv too loud, we had some complaints from downstairs, but there is Netflix if you decide to have an evening in, if it is raining. The only thing I would say to keep in mind are the stairs, there are several flights and they are quite steep, so if you have heavy bags you might struggle to carry them up and down. Otherwise, Jeroen was easily contactable, we didn't meet him, but we picked up the keys easily, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the place was in an amazing location. We would highly recommend this place. Thanks Jeroen.

We had a great time staying at Jeroen's appartement. The room is cozzy and decorated with a lot of detail. A very positive suprise was how near the city center of Amsterdam was and how easy it was to get there. Furthermore are the neighborhood and the close shops a big plus. To put it in a nutshell: Cozzy room with a friendly host. I would recommend it and stay there again!

Great stay at Jeroen's place. Very relaxed environment and cool suburb. It's close enough to the centre to walk (20-30 minutes) in but far enough to be a bit more chilled. Room was clean and nicely furnished, very light and airy and super comfortable. Thanks for your hospitality
