Beautiful Brazil trend apartmenttin the center of Seville, only 10 minutes walking from the Giralda. It is located in the best place in the city between the famous place of the Encarnation and Alfalfa. Near of restaurants, bars, monuments etc.

The space
I have two apartaments in the same building. This is a nice apartment in the center of Seville is of Brazilian athlete who lives in Seville. Luxury quality. Near the shopping area and history of the city. 1st floor. A double living room with sofa-bed. Recently renovated old house, apartment close Sevillano. There is a bedroom (bed with 1,80 meters) with separate living room area. The kitchen is inside the living room. Bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. Modern Brasiliam style with luxury qualities .The apartment is in the center of Seville, the best part of town. In its vicinity are numerous historical monuments (cathedral, bullring, convents etc) and commercial area full of shops for all tastes. Nearby is upscale restaurants, wineries, theaters, (website hidden) side of the house is 24 hours taxi rank, bus stop and subway close by. A 10 minutes walk to Station Square from where buses and trains to other provinces are taken, including AVE. The home environment is wonderful, being integrated in the real Sevilla with all services of this city at your fingertips.
