Loved staying at Andreias's place. The position, comfort and decor was amazing.

The place was absolutely perfect. Very clean, private bathroom, comfortable queen sized bed decorated with beautiful art Andreias painted himself. Andreias went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing stay with him. From his recommendations to his hospitality we never have had a host like him. The only problem we had was that we could not stay longer. Thanks for everything Andreias, I hope our paths cross again.

Location was great - only a couple of blocks from subway, across the street from Central Park, close to cafe's, walking distance to Manhattan Village and Columbia University area. Apartment is definitely unique with all his art pieces hung up and displayed in the hallways - very dark apartment. There is no common room to share. Room furnishings (nightstand in particular) not assembled properly so it falls apart when opening. Hot water in shower takes a very long time to heat up. Bathroom is quite gross with a drain that has no cover so you can see all the water back up and mold. They caulked over mold in the shower. The bathroom sink is very small with the faucet painted over. Toilet's plumbing is very bad - you have to stop the water from flowing out of the tank manually or it will overflow. It does not flush because there is no suction whatsoever. No door in the bathroom just a curtain so unless you're staying there by yourself, there won't be much of a privacy if you need to use it. Bed was comfy but dips right in the middle.

It is a very nice place since it is close to Central Park, there are a lot of restaurants to go around the area as well. Very quiet and perfect to relax after going around the city. I recommend this place

Andreias is very nice guy. Very kind person. Waited us in the middle of the night to let us come in to the building. We asked for late check out - got it without problem. About the place: silent, it wasn't any noise in the nights not from outside nor from apartmentmates. Central park across the street. Two minutes from the house there is a subway station. Someplaces nearby for morning coffee. Andreias gave us links. The area is safe and silent. The apartment is more compatible to younger persons. We are about 50 y.o. and it is a bit spartan for us. The beautiful picture of the sky -is not from our window...But were exploring NY all the day long anf then took shower and slept. The bed is very comfortable. There is wi fi in the room, a great plus. At all we enjoyed.
