I like to stroll through the park on my way back, going barefoot on the grass. The flat is on the top floor of a traditional Victorian terraced house. Light and airy, it's a quiet, homely, traditional conversion with the lounge overlooking the leafy Downs at the front, and a lovely garden at the back where baby foxes play.
One bedroom flat on the top floor - access to lounge, kitchen, bathroom, hall, large double bedroom. Single futon available in lounge for occasional use.
