The apartment is located close to the seaside, about 7 minute walk in a straight line (easy to find your way to the beach). The host's representative Nana was very responsive, kind, helpful and precise. She advised on a cheap taxi company and helped with other good advice about shops, etc. There are many grocery shops, pharmacies and currency exchange places around. We were 3 adults and 2 kids, occupying 2 of the 3 bedrooms, and we felt comfortable enough. Bedding and towels were provided, we were also given some washing liquid for clothes and there were paper kitchen towel, soap, dishwashing liquid and bin bags available. One side of the house where 2 of the bedrooms are always remained cool which is nice in summer weather. Internet worked fine. The balcony was good for drying our washing and swimsuits but not so much for hanging out as it is facing other apartment blocks and a parking lot. There is a restaurant Tserodena next to the house where one can try the famous Adjarian khatchapuri for a decent price. I guess we expected more from the view to the park but it didn't really matter since we could easily go for a walk to the very big and nice seaside park and boulevard during daytime and in the evening.
