You'll be just over the bridge from Portland on a dead end street, away from most of the hustle and bustle. You can hear the birds chirping here and sit around a fire in the back yard, or get to the ocean, go to a play, take a yoga class, do some shopping and get a great bagel very close by!

Stefani's house was cozy and clean. I really enjoyed my stay because of the comfortable bed, beautiful back yard and the friendly pets! Stefani has a wealth of knowledge about the restaurants in Portland! Which is only a mile walk from her house or a 5 minute car ride.

Response from Stefani:
Hi Joalicia, Thanks for your review! I have not been able to find anything in my listing that suggests we accommodate more than one person. The description states that it accommodates one, and in the house rules I've mentioned that each room accommodates only one person. Thanks for bringing that to my attention, yet I haven't been able to locate a phrase which is potentially cause for confusion on that subject. I'll continue to investigate and maybe get an assist from Airbnb?

This was definitely my favorite Airbnb experience! The location is convenient, about 10 minute drive from Old Port area, and on a nice quiet street. The room is bright, sunny, and inviting. Stefani pays close attention to details that made the experience extra wonderful. The sheets smelled amazing and the towels are super nice and fluffy. She gave great recommendations on what to do in the area, and is also great fun to talk to. If I were to come back to Portland, I'd plan my trip around the availability of this host! Bonus points: The cats are cute and friendly!

The loveliest place I've ever seen. Stefani's house looks like one from a fairy tale. The interior is unusual and rare. The fact that this house is old only multplies its beauty and charm. My room was clean and cosy, the bed was amazingly comfortable. I can not say that the room is small. For one person it is more than enough. Stefani is a charming woman. I didn't have a chance to know her better because of my tight schedule but it is obviois that she is friendly, hospitable and sociable. Her two cats are adorable. If I ever come to Portland again Stefani's house is the only place I want to stay.

A cosy room with a 45 minute walk to north Portland's excellent food and bar scene. Don't worry there is also a bus stop 5 minutes down the road. South Portland's beaches and shopping centre is also a 35/40 minute walk away. The hosts let you keep to yourself but are very helpful and attentive when asked.

My stay at Stefani's home was lovely. The room was quiet and received lots of sunlight in the morning. The home is a short drive to downtown Portland, but perhaps a bit far to walk on multiple occasions.

Wonderful place. I enjoyed getting woken up to the birds. Peaceful location. The room was as expected. There's a public bus, #24, that stops nearby... it can take you into town. Also, one needs to be aware that someone in the house has an extreme sensitivity to body lotions or anything else with fragrances. So this is not allowed. Stephani was very pleasant and gave me some space to put some food in the fridge.
