Located in the quiet urbanization of Son Serra de Marina and very close to the beach, this beautiful home can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.
This modern, two-storey chalet with a size of 130m2 counts with 3 bedrooms; ideal for small groups of friends or families. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, counts with a double bed and has access to the garden. The other two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, one of them with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed. The bunk bed consists of a double bed (down, sleeps 2) and a single bed (up, sleeps 1). There are no air conditioning systems in the bedrooms, but we are pleased to supply fans for the bedrooms, please ask. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and another one with bath tub.
The plot is fenced and counts with a garden area of approx. 50 m2 and a spacious terrace with a size of 32 m2. Of course there is a mobile BBQ, a table and seats, the right place to have a pleasant dinner outside. The salt water pool has a size of 6 meters x 4 meters and is perfect for all the sun lovers and keen swimmers of you. There are 4 sun beds at the pool area.
From the terrace, you have direct access to the sitting-dining room with A/C which is equipped with a cozy sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs, television (only Spanish and German channels) and a fireplace for cool autumn nights. The independent kitchen counts with everything you will need for your holidays. Additionally, there is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with guests
The owners will welcome you on your arrival day. They are very friendly and social people. If you have questions during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time through email or phone.
You will reach the natural beach area of Son Serra de Marina in only 150 meters. There are no big hotels, no crowds of people during the high season and no traffic noise – only you, the sea and the beach. The beach consists of a mix of sand and rocks. There could be seaweeds especially during the low season, but it’s not a big problem as the beach is so large and you will always find a quiet and sandy place to lie down and relax. The beach does not offer sun beds or sunshades for rent. In Son Serra de Marina you will find a pharmacy, a small supermarket and a few nice restaurants.
You will reach the next sand beach with lots of bars, restaurants, sun beds and sunshades rental in about 10 minutes driving by car. It is called Can Picafort. On the way from Son Serra de Marina to Can Picafort you will find a public finca, called Son Real which houses animals like typical Majorcan pigs and chickens. It would be a nice excursion walking on the beach from Son Serra de Marina to Son Real, especially during the low season because the weather is not so hot.
