About this listing
My place is very cosy and colourful. The room faces East and overlooks the sea, and being on the 13th floor, there's a great view. The neighbourhood is very friendly and all amenities are just a short walk away.
Come and stay in this comfortable, clean room based in the heart of Kemptown, a stones throw away from Brighton Pier and the magnificent Pavillion.
There's plenty to see and do locally, whether it's a bit of sightseeing or a spot of lunch.
Your room has a balcony with stunning views out towards the marina (east) and it's very quiet at night.
I'm only a short walk away from the North laines which is full of independent shops. As well as being a paradise for the fashion conscious, with clothes shops offering everything from retro 50′s garments to specially tailored outfits, there are a whole range of bespoke jewellers, music shops, organic health foods outlets – and in amongst all this there is even a place that specialises in Kites and a vegetarian shoe shop!
St james street is a 5 minute walk away, which as well as being handy for any essentials you might need, is full of restaurants and eateries catering for all tastes in food. There's also some great pubs that serve food and a good Sunday roast.
If you're in to antiques and flea markets, just head to the bottom of my road and there's a selection to choose from selling everything form furniture to nik naks.....then maybe stop off at the Hand in Hand for a locally brewed beer or stroll along the seafront and admire the georgian architecture.
If you want to head outside of Brighton for the day, just head to the seafront, where you'll find plenty of buses. I have a bus timetable to help plan your journey if you should need it.
I look forward to welcoming you to Brighton!
You can help yourself to tea and coffee. The bathroom is shared, just with myself.
