When you walk around Florence, you always ask yourself how the town looks like from the roofs. Well, from the terrace of this apartment you have the possibility to discover it.
This stunning and contemporary apartment in central Florence, has been restored in 2015 and furnished to the very high standard and is part of a group of three apartments in same building, so suitable for a group of friends.
The terrace is a plus, rare in town.
The kitchen that you enter on your right, is equipped with pots and pans, plates and cutlery: all ready for use upon arrival.
The dining room is very tastefully painted and the round table is comfortable for four people. The adjacent door is painted by an artist, a friend of the owner. The relax area with a nice sofa and TV table is placed right in the end of this Day-zone.
The owners give you a feeling of the past in Italy through bizarre objects: on the wall in the bedroom you'll find a precious neon sign belonging to one of the closed cinemas. It's large with a double bed and a double old door as a headboard. Behind this wall, you have your wardrobe which is open and easily accessible. All the furniture in the bedroom is original and accurately chosen: the lamps, the nightstands, the armchairs. The floor is beautiful: made with old stones that gives you the feeling of history.
The bathroom is comprises of toilet, double washbasin and shower cubicle with original glass bricks. Very cozy!
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building, with no lift and a nice panoramic terrace.
From Dec 25, 2017 - Jan 03, 2018 the minimum stay is 4 nights.

HI, I'm Diana, a mom and an exuberant woman, as I consider myself: a manager of my life.
I'm a local guide and I run my company Acacia Firenze, as a travel assistant and offering tourist services. I started many years ago thanks to my experience as a traveler and after many years in Fashion business. I imagined a new way to offer hospitality in my city, opening first my own residence and giving the opportunity to discover a place from the perspective of the resident and of the locals who have their homes in the historical center.
In many years I have built a good connection either with the community of other travelers or the Florentines, all in order to exchange ideas and experience. From this ground grew Acacia Firenze - A perfect Holiday, now a well known travel consulting agency that offers also hospitality and "what to do" consulting.
A project now supported by a team of friends, all women, whose intention is to make all the visitors feel at home, even those arriving in this city for the first time.
