This apartment has easy access to the CBD and is located in Southbank Towers , across the road from Crown Casino. You can do everything on foot from this apartment. It's close to restaurants, supermarkets, coffee houses, shopping centres, theatres & sporting venues. The whole apartment is all yours and has a queen-size bed. Don't forget it also has off-street parking! This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with separate dining and lounge area. Plus a great view across the bay.

Full size bedroom with queen bed and walk through robe into large ensuite. Separate toilet room and separate laundry with full size laundry sink, washing machine and dryer. Full size kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Large open plan living and dining area. Reverse cycle heating and cooling.
