About this listing
The apartment is spacious and bright with lots of windows, high ceilings and artistic vibe. A block from the park, the apartment is steps away from popular bars, restaurants, and neighborhoods of Wicker Park and Logan Square. 30-40 mins to downtown.
-Your room is a medium size, with an AC unit in summer--good for one to two people.
-There is one other room in the apartment that is usually also rented to other travelers.
-Please note that this is an older apartment. It has a few quirks, like creaky spots on the floor, and in the winter the radiator heaters make some noise. The bathroom is cleaned very regularly, but there are signs of an old apartment. The place is taken care of and loved. *if you expect hotel setting, this is not the place for you!*

I'm an actor and artist in my late twenties, originally from Northern California and born in England. I paint, play piano, enjoy people and laughing, watching weirdos like louis ck, and working on DIY theater projects. I keep my space clean, and love making it more flow-y and comfortable whenever I can--come check it out, and enjoy ;)
