Cosy one bed and one living room apartment. Near to the city. Would definitely stay with them again if we visit Perth again.

Really cosy and immaculately kept apartment! It really couldn't have been cleaner on our arrival despite it being a last minute booking. Has every amenity you could possibly require for a week or two's stay. The DVD selection was a nice touch too. 5 minute walk to St John of God Hospital Subiaco and in about 10 minutes on foot you're in the centre of Subiaco with restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Bus stop right outside the front door to take you to the city. Irene was very efficient with communication and accommodating for our last minute stay. Thanks again!

We loved our stay at this flat. It is in a great location walking distance to the train and great Subiaco district. We were able to cook full meals in the fully equipped kitchen and even did some baking. There is lots of parking and a great Chinese restaurant around the corner. Irene is absolutely lovely to deal with and is helpful, accommodating and always available. We stayed at this flat on 2 separate occasions and look forward to our best visit! Just perfect!!

Irène est une hôtesse tout à fait charmante et attentionnée vis à vis de ses hôtes et l'appartement qu'elle propose est tout à fait conforme à la description qui en est faite. L'aménagement intérieur est excellent (en particulier grâce à Georges, son mari) et le confort au top niveau. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée pour vivre à deux (et recevoir 2 personnes à diner) et tous les équipements sont parfaitement opérationnels. L'immeuble est propre, équipé d'une laverie en parfait état et la place de parking est une sécurité, même s'il n'est pas difficile de se garer dans le quartier. Café, station service, commerces divers (supermarchés, boissons, ...) sont tous accessibles facilement dans Subiaco, West Leederville ou Wemblay. King Park et Lake Monger sont très proches et permettent de découvrir et admirer la flore et les oiseaux de la Western Australia. Pour aller au centre de Perth, il suffit soit d'y aller en voiture (je conseille le parking du centre des expositions qui est le moins cher), soit de prendre le bus qui s'arrête devant l'immeuble. Que ce soit pour un séjour d'affaire ou pour des vacances, l'endroit est idéal et Irène de charmante compagnie. Pour des raisons personnelles, nous n'avons pas pu échanger autant que nous aurions voulu avec elle, mais ce sera pour une autre fois. En résumé : une hôtesse charmante, un appartement parfait, une situation géographique pratique. L'idéal pour un séjour de quelques jours à plusieurs semaines.
