A spacious and beautifully presented one double bedroom apartment, benefiting from a spacious reception room with a sofa bed, a bright modern kitchen, double bedroom with storage and working desk. Situated a short walk from Barons Court Underground Station and all of the local amenities of the surrounding areas. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The space
Positioned on the fifth floor (lifts are available), this beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment spread over 535sqft set in the heart of Barons
Court.
- As you enter the apartment you are greeted with a warm recently refurbished hallway designed to maximise space and storage with built-in wardrobes and a cosy seating area.
- Through the wooden floor hallway, you find the stunning double bedroom which has been finished to a high standard and offers enough living space for a work desk area.
- The reception area is generously sized and whilst currently being used
as a double bedroom, offers the perfect space for entertaining as a lounge/dining room. and offers great views.
- The separate kitchen has a modern finish and has fully integrated
appliances and a dining table.
- The sleek family bathroom has a stylish marble tile finish and offers both a shower & bathtub.
- The home will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive.
- Fresh linen and towels are provided.

Guest access
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Other things to note
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.

If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
