Large studio w/ loft (~500 sqft) in Cardiff Composer district. 2 streets away from Pacific Coast Hwy (101). Easy/quick access to the 5 freeway. Quick walk to beach, parks, restaurants, and shopping. Clean, quiet, safe and very comfortable hideaway spot. Private entrance. Beach chairs, beach blanket, and beach umbrella for use as well.
