A ground floor apartment of more than 30 square meters with its own front door. Located behind the church just a couple of minutes walk from the center of town with its boulangeries and patisseries, cafes and restaurants, Spar supermarket and fruit and vegetable shops.
The living area is a spacious, light and airy room, with separate kitchen, sitting and dining areas.
The kitchen area is equipped with an electric cooker with four hotplates and oven, there is a microwave, fridge and washing machine as well as kettle and coffee maker . Clothes airer, ironing board and iron are also available.
The dining area has a circular glass table with four straight backed cushion seated chairs.
The seating area has a 'clik-clak' sofa bed which can sleep 2 adults and a coffee table.
The apartment has a TV with UK TV available via a 'SKY' box, so why not bring your 'SKY' card so you don't miss out on the extra channels you have subscribed to while you are away?
The twin bedded bedroom has 2 single beds (each with wooden slate base and foam mattress), bedside table and lamp and accesses the Shower room which is equipped with a 'hydro-massage' shower cubicle which offers the choice of the fixed overhead shower, a hand held shower head (so you don't have to get your hair wet) and a six jet 'hydro-massage' system that will help you relax and rest while enjoying the south of France's wonderful weather.
The whole of the ground floor apartment is for the sole use of the guests. The hosts gain access to the upper floors via a separate entrance. Bed linen and Towels are provided for your stay.
Interaction with guests
Your hosts Mark and Liz live above the apartment so are able to welcome you personally and be on hand should you need them, but will leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday.
Other things to note
Marseillan ville and Marseillan Plage have lots of things to do for the holiday makers in the months of July and August, including the Water Jousting and Capulet competitions and numerous parades and events.
Guests are asked not to smoke in the apartment.
Pets, unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
WiFi internet is provided for guests personal use. We ask that no illegal uploading, downloading or other activities are undertaken using this.

After renting a house for a year in Marseillan, and falling in love with this lovely little town. We decided to leave Inverness, Scotland and move here permanently.
